Close Full Review For the past seven years, the Zakarak Productions team has never just simply met our expectations, but has instead exceeded them time and time again. Regardless of the complexity of the assignment and often incredibly tight deadlines, every member of the Zakarak staff has held fast to their infectious “can do” attitude. As a result, Zakarak Productions has played a crucial role in helping Commerce Bank transform a typical employee recognition event into much anticipated annual Broadway style celebrations that have gained nationwide notoriety.
Over the years, we have worked closely with Zakarak President Julianna Schauerman, who has become a valued member of the Commerce Bank team in every respect. Along with developing a keen sense of the customer service spirit and enthusiasm that drive Commerce Bank, she and her associates have infused our annual “Best Of The Best” employee recognition extravaganza with a high-energy creative flair that seldom is equated with the banking business. While always listening carefully to our ideas, Julianna and other members of her team have mastered the ability of tactfully letting us know when they believe there is a better, more creative way to accomplish our goals.
Since our first collaboration with Zakarak Productions I have been impressed with the way Julianna and her staff interact with people at all levels of the Commerce Bank organization, from the Chairman to part-time tellers. In every situation, every member of the Zakarak team has gone out of his or her way to be helpful and supportive. At no time during our long association with Zakarak productions have we every experienced an attitude of “we’re the creative experts and we know best.” Instead, Julianna and everyone else on her team have worked to help build an effective partnership with Commerce Bank.
